Winlet products – servicing and maintenance
We can provide a full servicing and maintenance service for all Winlet products keeping them in excellent condition and performing at their best.
We have a national team of mobile engineers fully qualified and experienced in servicing and maintaining Winlet glazing robots and ErgoMover trolleys.
Mobile emergency and planned maintenance
Our engineers will attend customer’s premises and worksites anywhere in the UK.
They carry a stock of the most common parts and we can order in other parts quickly, so many maintenance tasks and repairs can be completed as a first-time fix.
If necessary, we can take a machine to one of our maintenance centres, and can provide a replacement machine to minimise downtime.
Planned, preventive equipment maintenance
We can offer a cost-effective package of planned, preventative maintenance to keep your Winlet products in the best possible working order and compliant with all safety standards.
This includes regular servicing, including the Thorough Examination of your Winlet glazing robot.
All serviced equipment receive a 28-point vacuum lifter test, which includes the following:
- Vacuum system inspection and cleaning
- Suction test
- Critical component inspections
- Electrical charging and PAT test
- Operational function test
- Decal and LOLER certificate inspection.
